First Week Down! WooHoo!!

We made it through the first week of school! HOORAY!! While the days may have felt a little long, we’re ready to soak in some well-deserved downtime this weekend.

Looking ahead, our 1st Friday Flagpole is coming up next Friday, 8/29, and we hope to see many of you there.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who has already signed up for PTO memberships this year! Your support makes such a difference. Don’t forget, we now offer a brand-new Birthday Package that you can purchase through our new website. It’s a perfect way to celebrate your student in a special way.

We also have two PTO positions open: Treasurer and Parliamentarian. A special meeting will be held on September 2, 2025, for voting on these roles. If you are interested in holding a position on the PTO Board please send a short bio to the PTO email, SilverStrandPTO@gmail.com before September 2nd.

Mark your calendars for our first PTO Member Meeting on September 19, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. in Strand Hall. We’d love to see you there!

We are having our 1st fundraising restaurant night of the year! Stop by Panera Bread on September 22 between 4PM–8 PM and enjoy a delicious meal while supporting our school. A portion of the proceeds goes directly back to our PTO, so bring your family, invite friends, and let’s make it a fun night out for our community!

September 24, 2025 is Picture Day! Don’t forget to wear your best smiles and dress to impress.
