Scholastic Book Fair
Step into a world of stories at our annual Book Fair! Strand Hall will be transformed into a magical pop-up bookstore filled with exciting reads for every age and interest; picture books, early readers, chapter books, graphic novels, and more. Families are welcome to shop together after school until 4:15P. Every purchase helps support our school’s library and literacy programs.

Panera Night
Restaurant Night at Panera Bread!
Skip the cooking and join us for a delicious night out at Panera Bread! Swing by between 4:00–8:00 PM, enjoy your favorite soups, salads, and sandwiches, and support our school at the same time. A portion of the proceeds goes right back to our PTO—so bring your appetite and your friends!

Time to show off your brightest smile, silliest giggle, or superstar pose. Dress your best, shine your shoes, and get ready to be the star of the day, because it’s your time to say “Cheese!”
Tears and Cheers
Whether you're shedding a few tears or cheering with joy (or both!), join us right after drop-off on the first day of school for our Tears & Cheers Coffee Bar!
Meet other parents, sip some coffee, and celebrate the start of a new school year with the PTO. It’s a casual way to connect, ask questions, and share a few smiles (and maybe tissues). All caregivers welcome!

Teacher Meet and Greet
Join us for our Teacher Meet & Greet on Friday, August 15th! This is a great opportunity for students and families to visit classrooms, meet their teachers, and get familiar with the campus before the first day of school. Come say hello, drop off supplies, and start the year with a friendly face and a smile!

B2S Ice Cream Social for New CUSD Families
Get the scoop on Silver Strand! Join us for a sweet welcome at our Ice Cream Social; an informal, fun event for new families and students to meet one another, connect with staff, and enjoy a cool treat. Come say hi, ask questions, and make new friends before the school year begins!
